Photo Tools Studio is a desktop web editor for RGB/8-bit sRGB raster documents. It supports PNG, JPEG, WebP, and bounded PSD projects.
Privacy and offline behavior
Images are never uploaded. The hosted app needs a network connection to load its static assets on a cold start; after those assets load, editing and export make no network requests. There are no accounts, telemetry, ads, or remote executable code.
Resource limits
Documents are limited to 16,384 pixels per side and 100 MP; raster files to 75 MB and 100 MP decoded; PSD input, aggregate selection, and completed output to 1 GB; resident layers to 250 MP; and process-tree memory above idle to 2 GB.
